Ora, dato che è il bersaglio di un certo colpo mirato a dover effettuare un eventuale tiro salvezza, questo sarà penalizzato in caso avesse una CA elevata? Mi pare strana come cosa. Anche la seconda frase mi ha un po' confuso.

Se chi attacca totalizza un 45, la CD è 45 sia per uno che ha CA 45 sia per uno che ha CA 12, indifferentemente. La seconda frase è puramente ridondante. Aggiunta, credo, perché nessuno andasse a pensare che con 20 di dado, oltre ad essere colpita automaticamente, la vittima fallisse in automatico anche il tiro salvezza.
