talenti Dubbio su Autorità e sull'asservitore

Buongiorno. Leggendo l'asservitore mi è sorto un dubbio: quando il mio pg va oltre gli epici. La tabella per il punteggio di "servitù" rimane quella o prendo in considerazione la tabella di autoritá epica? 

Altro dubbio: io mi prendo un servitore. Questo qua avanza quando avanzo io di livello o quando il mio punteggio di "servitù" è abbastanza alto da permetterlo di avanzare?

As with the Leadership feat, a thrallherd has a Leadership score that determines the highest-level thrall and believers she can attract. A thrallherd’s Leadership score is equal to her character level + her Cha modifier + her thrallherd level. (Note that her thrallherd level is counted twice.) This score is not affected by any of the modifiers mentioned in the Leadership feat.

Il fatto è che c'è specificato che il livello dipende dal tuo punteggio leadership. E la tabellina risulta emblematica: 25/25+ max level 17.
Ne segue che anche qui serve un qualche tipo di continuo epico. Poichè è una capacità che non va d'accordo con autorità, ne segue che ti serve una versione epica della classe.

Per quanto riguarda il livello, esso non centra nulla con il tuo punteggio autorità. Il tuo compagno prende xp come tutti i giocatori, con le sue regole:

Cohorts earn XP as follows:

The cohort does not count as a party member when determining the party’s XP.

Divide the cohort’s level by the level of the PC with whom he or she is associated (the character with the Leadership feat who attracted the cohort).

Multiply this result by the total XP awarded to the PC and add that number of experience points to the cohort’s total.

If a cohort gains enough XP to bring it to a level one lower than the associated PC’s character level, the cohort does not gain the new level—its new XP total is 1 less than the amount needed attain the next level

Ne guadagna X, senza influire sui calcoli del gruppo.  Quindi sale di livello, fino al massimale permesso. Se andrebbe a sforarlo, allora semplicemente resta con 1 punto in meno.
